Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and relevant information to ensure quick issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Qualification: Intermediate or Graduate
Experience: Fresher / up to 6 months in customer support
Good communication in English & Kannada.
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Type: Rotational (24/7)
