We are looking for a polite, professional, and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from customers
Resolve product or service-related issues promptly and effectively
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and empathetic communication
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline
Previous experience in customer support or call center is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (Regional language is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays (if applicable)
