• Explain recharge plans and help them with the payment process

• Handle basic questions related to recharges

• Maintain call logs and track successful recharges

• Meet your daily calling and recharge targets

• 12th pass or higher

• Must speak Hindi, English, and at least ONE regional language (Telugu, Marathi, Punjabi)

• Confident, polite, and good at explaining things
