Position - Customer Service Executive
Job Role & Responsibility :-
Answering inbound/outbound calls from customers professionally and responding to customer
inquiries
• Research required information using available resources and systems
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Anticipate customer needs and resolve them
• Identify and seek priority support.
• Follow up/outbound calls to be made to customers where necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Ability to handle objections and retain customers.
• Generate leads and cross sell in the calls.
• Proactive follow up and engagement with other teams.
• Maintain accuracy of all data
• Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing with the laid down productivity
and service benchmarks
