Description
• Graduate/postgraduate with overall 6 months experience of working in a domestic/international contact centre/ service set up. (Inbound, outbound, The candidate must have 6 months of general insurance customer support inbound call taking experience, of other/captive inbound call taking experience & outbound call/ experience is a must.
• Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Candidate with goodcustomerserviceskills & captive contact centre experience would be preferred.
• Candidate should be willing to work in rotating shifts and Weekends.
• Candidate should be able to conversate in English, Hindi and Marathi.
