Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to manage customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through voice, email, or chat support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer queries via phone

- Provide accurate product/service information

- Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally

- Document customer interactions in CRM tools
