Assist customers with technical issues via inbound/outbound calls
Troubleshoot problems and guide users with step-by-step solutions
Provide clear information about technical products or services
Handle general customer inquiries, service requests, or complaints
Deliver a helpful and solution-oriented customer experience
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team
Maintain a polite and professional tone with customers
Accurately document customer queries and resolutions in the system
Meet performance targets for call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience in BPO/Voice Process/Customer Support
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus)
Willing to work in rotational day shifts (no night shifts)
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player
