OSS Motors is looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role involves daily interaction with clients regarding automotive services and motor insurance, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Handle customer calls professionally – both inbound and outbound.

• Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and follow-ups.

• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed.

• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery.

• Meet performance benchmarks such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or higher

• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)

• Fluent in English – both spoken and comprehension

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
