We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Healthcare Voice Process Team. This role involves assisting patients and customers with doctor appointments, hospital procedures, medical processes, and insurance-related queries.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls to assist patients/customers

• Book appointments & provide doctor availability updates

• Guide patients on hospital processes & procedures

• Explain insurance coverage & policies clearly

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate call records & adhere to company standards

✅ Requirements:

• Graduation mandatory

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory)

• Strong verbal communication & listening skills

• Freshers & experienced candidates welcome

🕑 Work Conditions:

• Shifts (Male): 24/7 rotational

• Shifts (Female): Day rotational only

• Working Days: 6 days/week | 1 rotational week off
