We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer customer questions: Respond to calls, emails, chats, or messages and help customers.
2. Solve customer problems: Listen to customer issues, understand their concerns, and fix them quickly.
3. Tell customers about our services: Share details about company's plans, features, and offers.
4. Update customer info: Keep customer records up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements:
- Qualification: HSC or Graduate
- Skills: Good communication skills
Shift Details: Timings: 9 am to 8 pm (any 9 hours shift)
-Working days: 6 days working
