We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Mahe Technologies Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Day shift.
Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to UK-based customers to conduct surveys (no sales or collections).
-Follow a scripted questionnaire and record accurate customer responses.
-Ensure high-quality data collection and meet daily/weekly targets.
-Maintain professional communication etiquette and adhere to process guidelines.
-Provide feedback and participate in continuous process improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
-Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
-Prior experience in UK/International BPO preferred, but freshers are welcome.
-Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
-Willingness to work in UK time zone.
