Position: Customer Service Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 18 – 34years
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma
OR 10th + 2 years of ITI
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge with ability to navigate systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints effectively through inbound & outbound calls.
Provide accurate information and support to customers in a professional manner.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Update call logs and maintain records in the system.
Shift Timings:
Male Candidates: Any 9-hour shift between 12:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight (including 1-hour break).
Language Proficiency Requirement & Salary (CTC):
Hindi + Basic English – Up to ₹15,500 (Including PF & ESIC)
Marathi + Basic English – Up to ₹17,500 (Including PF & ESIC)
English Proficiency – Up to ₹20,000 (Including PF & ESIC)
Key Skills Required:
Good communication skills (based on language proficiency selected).
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm with customers.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric mindset.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
