The role involves assisting patients and clients with inquiries, providing test information, handling reports, and ensuring a smooth customer experience at our diagnostic center.
Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide accurate information regarding available tests, pricing, packages, and reports.
Coordinate with lab technicians, radiologists, and doctors for timely service delivery.
Ensure proper documentation, collection.
Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain records of patient interactions and update management systems.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information as per company and healthcare guidelines.
Support administrative functions of the diagnostics center when required.
