Position: Telecaller
Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years
Education Qualification: Diploma/Graduate from CIPET
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound/inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Generate leads, maintain customer database, and follow up regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company call scripts & policies.
Provide feedback and contribute to process improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Gujarati
English communication skills must.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Candidates with prior telecalling, customer support, or sales experience (6 months – 2 years).
Educational background from CIPET, with good technical understanding for product explanation (if related to plastics/polymer industry).
