We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our support team as a Customer Support – Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our live chat platform, resolving inquiries efficiently while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Respond to customer queries promptly via live chat and other digital channels.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
Guide customers through the features and usage of products/services.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers.
Document all customer interactions in the support system accurately.
Achieve key performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and system changes.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (chat or digital support experience preferred).
Excellent written communication skills in [language].
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software, help desk systems, or chat platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk).
