We are hiring a dedicated Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent service through voice calls, chat, and emails. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling customer interactions across multiple channels in domains like e-commerce, travel, or digital services.
Respond to customer queries via call, chat, and email
Resolve issues promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction
Document interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers
Meet performance standards such as response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback
Qualifications:
Minimum under graduate or Graduate.
6+ months of experience in customer support (preferably in BPO, e-commerce, travel, or digital support).
Fluency in English and Hindi.
