Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. This role involves providing top-notch customer service support to clients and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and complaints via call

Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

Education: 12th PUC or above.

Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and malayalam

Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Willingness to work 6 days a week with rotational week off.
