We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls to resolve customer queries or provide support services to clients from overseas markets (US/UK/Australia). Excellent English communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential.
Handle international inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Document call details and update CRM systems as required.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs).
Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in a voice process (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with customers across cultures.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Experience working in international BPO or call center environment.
Knowledge of CRM systems or ticketing tools.
Familiarity with customer service KPIs.
