Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls to resolve customer queries or provide support services to clients from overseas markets (US/UK/Australia). Excellent English communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

• Document call details and update CRM systems as required.

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.

• Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in a voice process (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with customers across cultures.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in international BPO or call center environment.

• Knowledge of CRM systems or ticketing tools.

• Familiarity with customer service KPIs.
