Job Description:
As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers—addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing professional assistance to enhance customer satisfaction. This position is essential for maintaining a positive brand image and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and detailed solutions to customer queries and breakdowns.
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers toward effective resolutions.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex matters as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, share feedback, and contribute toward continuous process improvements.
Follow up with customers to assure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance service skills.
Consistently uphold company values and deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; preferred specialisation in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering (or related diploma/degree).
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools.
Solution-oriented mindset and effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt and respond to various customer personalities and situations.
Preferred Specialisations:
Diploma, BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Automotive Engineering, or Diploma in Computer Application (as relevant).
