You’ll handle inquiries across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or live chat

• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

• Provide product/service information and guidance to customers

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

• Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

• Continuously develop knowledge of company products, services, and policies

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor

• Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
