Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
Document customer interactions and update systems accurately.
Meet performance parameters like quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Adhere to process guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional language).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle customer pressure and maintain patience.
Problem-solving and active-listening skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
