Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance to resolve their queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and issues.

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

• Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement of customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.A./B.Com/B.Sc./BBA or equivalent).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English / Regional Language].

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.

• Good listening skills and a problem-solving attitude.
