Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join Harold Electricals. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries via phone calls and chat support, ensure timely ticket resolution, and coordinate for on-time material dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and chat support.

• Log, track, and close support tickets within defined timelines.

• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely material dispatch.

• Provide product/service information to customers and resolve complaints.

• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support / call center / service desk preferred.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written & verbal).

• Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously (phone + chat).

• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to coordinate with internal teams for material dispatch.
