Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the food counter with a friendly approach
Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
Handle billing & cash/card transactions responsibly
Ensure food counter cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards
Assist in serving food and beverages as per brand standards
Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Work as part of a team in a fast-paced airport environment
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Or 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience in hospitality/retail/food service is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
