Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups, product demos, or issue resolution.
• Follow scripts and guidelines for outbound pitches while adapting communication as needed.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality and offerings.

Requirements
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• 0–1 years of experience in telecalling, tele sales, or customer service (freshers welcome).
• Basic computer knowledge and MS. Office.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
