Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible
for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, following up on leads, and ensuring
a smooth onboarding experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide appropriate solutions or
information.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update CRM systems
accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups, product demos, or issue
resolution.
• Follow scripts and guidelines for outbound pitches while adapting communication as
needed.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality and offerings.
