About the Role
We are looking for a female Customer Support Executive to handle technical queries from our users and ensure smooth resolution through email, phone, and other communication channels. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information, troubleshooting support, and delivering a positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for basic product/service issues.
Record, track, and update customer requests in the CRM/ticketing system.
Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues and ensure resolution.
Maintain customer satisfaction by following clear communication and problem-solving steps.
Prepare reports on customer interactions and recurring issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Female candidates only (as per business requirement).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (any stream).
0–2 years of experience in customer support or technical support (freshers welcome).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic technical knowledge (email setup, application use, troubleshooting).
Strong problem-solving ability and calmness under pressure.
