Key responsibilities for Customer Services Agent.
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
2. ⁠provide accurate inputes and support to Health Marshall / phlebotomist/ Runner to complete task in given time frame.
3. Resolve lab-related issues, such as test result queries, sample handling, or equipment concerns with proper follow ups.
4. Provide accurate information about lab services, procedures, and policies.
5. Collaborate with lab staff to resolve customer issues.
6. Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
7. Meet customer service standards, ensuring high satisfaction ratings.
8. ⁠TAT maintenance.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is graduation and 1 to 2 years of experience. you will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary.
