Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

• Meet personal/team performance targets and customer service KPIs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
