Job Title: BPO Executive / Customer Support Associate
Location: Airoli, Ghansoli, and Vashi (Navi Mumbai)

Shift: Day Shift (fixed)
Salary: Up to ₹24,000 per month (including performance-based incentives)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our BPO team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails as per process requirements.

• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain records of interactions and transactions.

• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics (quality, productivity, CSAT).

• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, internet usage).

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a BPO / customer service environment.

• Knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
