Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls for collection or sales processes.

• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve queries or promote products/services.

• Maintain accurate call and customer records.

• Meet daily/weekly targets and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Follow company guidelines and compliance procedures.

Requirements:

• Qualification: HSC / Graduate (Any stream)

• Experience: Freshers are welcome; experience in BPO/Tele calling preferred.

• Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi & English), basic computer knowledge.

• Work Type: Full-time, Office-based (Thane location).

• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
