Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Flipkart).
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage calls/chats/emails in a professional and timely manner.
Work effectively in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or higher
Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Salary & Benefits
CTC: ₹14,000 – ₹19,000 per month
Rotational weekly offs (2 rotational offs)
