We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the senior team when necessary.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, call center, or similar role.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
Ability to work in shifts (if required).
