Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

This role welcomes Only Experience cadidate who are eager to learn & grow in the Customer Support. The candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This position requires Class 12 Pass and the candidate should be comfortable working Monday to Saturday during the 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Or 10:00 am to 7:00 pm shift.
