Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to join our growing International Customer Support team. As an International Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our global clients, ensuring a seamless and professional service experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.

Department : International Customer Service / Support

Location: Bhayander, Malad, Goregaon, Powai, Thane, Vikhroli

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: US Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts Included)

Week Offs: Rotational – 2 days off every 2 weeks

Salary:

Fresher: ₹25,000 per month ( Depend upon Interview )

Experienced (1+ years): ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

(Based on relevant experience and last drawn salary)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries through call, in a professional and courteous manner.

• Deliver outstanding service and support to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Meet individual and team performance targets and service quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Service is mandatory.

• Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.

• Willingness to work in rotational US shifts, including night shifts.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Preferred:

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
