We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International BPO. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information

• Maintain call logs and update CRM with correct details

🎓 Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International BPO (mandatory)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if applicable)

• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
