We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International BPO. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients
Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information
Maintain call logs and update CRM with correct details
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service delivery
Follow communication guidelines and company protocols
Meet performance targets related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to improve the overall service experience
6 months to 1 year of experience in an International BPO (mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if applicable)
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Immediate joiners preferred
