We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team. The CSA will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their queries, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and resolve issues effectively.
Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
Work Environment:
Work from the office.
