Key Responsibilities:
Proactively call or follow up with clients whose insurance policies require a medical examination for activation.
Clearly explain the importance and benefits of the medical check-up in the insurance approval process.
Address any client concerns, objections, or misconceptions about medical tests with accurate information.
Coordinate appointments between clients and authorized medical testing centers or diagnostic labs.
Track appointment completion and follow up to ensure all medical reports are submitted on time.
Maintain accurate records of communications and appointments in CRM systems.
Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to resolve any delays or issues.
Educate clients about policy timelines and next steps after medicals are done.
