🎯 Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Fluency in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, or Hindi) is essential.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.

• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, or orders.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

🗣️ Language Requirements

• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

• Fluency in at least one of the following regional languages:

  • Kannada

  • Telugu

  • Malayalam

  • Hindi
    Along with above average english communication skill is Mandatory.
