Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries and complaints
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain records of customer interactions
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up when needed
Eligibility:
HSC / Graduate
Experience: Fresher or Experienced
Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational week off)
Shift Timing: Any 9-hour shift between 8 AM to 9 PM
Salary: As per interview discussion

Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-focused attitude
