Handle Inbound Calls
1. Resolve Customer Issues :
Provide prompt solutions to issues related to products, services, payments, delivery, or technical support.
2. Maintain Customer Satisfaction :
Ensure excellent service standards and strive for high customer satisfaction through professional communication.
3. Update Customer Records :
Log calls, feedback, issues, and resolutions in the CRM or internal tools accurately.
4. Follow-up on Pending Cases :
Call back or escalate unresolved queries and ensure timely closures.
5. Language Proficiency :
Communicate fluently in English and any one regional language: Tamil or Hindi or Malayalam as required.
6. Meet Performance Targets :
Achieve weekly KPIs like resolution rate, and customer feedback scores
