About the Role:
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team for the Swiggy process. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries, complaints, and ensuring a seamless food delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer queries via calls, chats, or emails related to Swiggy orders.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.

• Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Work with team members and management to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)

• Immediate joiners preferred
