Job Requirements:
Position : Customer Care Associate/Assistant F&B Associate
12th pass with minimum 1yr Work exp in Customer Care or F&B Service
Excellent Communication skills in English & Hindi
Max 36 years of age with properly groomed

Location : Park Street, Kolkata
Upto 18K + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
