Key responsibilities
Engage with inbound customer inquiries via chat
● Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate diagnostic packages or services.
● Educate prospects about the benefits, accuracy, and convenience of our diagnostic solutions.
● Convert chat leads into confirmed appointments or sales through persuasive selling techniques. ● Maintain detailed and accurate records of all chat interactions and outcomes using CRM tools.
● Follow up with leads who showed interest but did not convert, using predefined workflows.
● Collaborate with call center teams, lab coordination teams, and marketing for seamless customer experience.
● Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales conversion and productivity targets.
