Hiring Requirements: Customer Support Executive
Role : Customer Support Executive
Experience : 0-3 years, with a strict cap of 3 years
Budget : Up to 5 LPA
Work Schedule : 6-day work week with rotational offs
Location: Work from office (HSR, Bangalore). Candidates within an 8km radius are preferred.
Language Proficiency: Must be able to confidently converse in English and Hindi.
Core Skills:
• Hands-on experience in multitasking, handling customer concerns via live chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls.
• Ability to resolve product and order-related issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Experience in managing and de-escalating customer issues with a customer-first mindset and professionalism.
• For experienced candidates, hands-on experience with CRM tools like Freshdesk or similar platforms is required.
Domain Experience:
• Prior experience in the e-commerce B2C sector is mandatory (e.g., Flipkart, Myntra, fashion/jewelry brands, logistics).
• Candidates from IT domains or with international experience will not be considered.
