We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling queries through inbound and outbound calls as well as emails. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, clear, and helpful assistance.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Respond to customer queries and follow up through email communication
Coordinate effectively with internal departments to resolve issues
Provide accurate information about holiday packages and services
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling)
Good listening skills and customer-first attitude
