About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Executive (Female) to manage and grow our corporate client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to handle financial tracking and payment follow-ups with ease.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Gurgaon, best suited for someone who thrives in a structured, high-performance environment and is passionate about delivering value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and scale existing corporate accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Oversee the entire sales cycle: tracking, invoicing, follow-ups, and reconciliation.
Prepare detailed sales and client reports using Excel and CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations) to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections.
Address client queries, negotiate deals, and resolve issues professionally.
Contribute to client engagement strategies and revenue growth plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in corporate client management or B2B sales.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reporting, tracking).
Knowledge of sales books, invoicing, and payment processes.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Self-driven and collaborative approach to work.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in account management, corporate sales, or finance-based sales roles.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM software and financial reconciliation tools.
Understanding of revenue growth strategies in B2B environments.
