• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

• Respond to customer Loan EMI and collect the Loan EMI.

• Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

• Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th and 0 month to 2yrs. The role involves resolving customer Loan EMI, providing right information and collect EMI . Candidates must be open to a6 days in a week during the Day shift.
