Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers and ensuring that collection targets are met in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone to follow up on overdue payments.

• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment status.

• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment reconciliations.

• Handle customer queries and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.

• Achieve individual and team collection targets.

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Requirements:

• DRA certification (as per RBI guidelines) is mandatory.

• Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally..

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM or collection management systems.

• Local language proficiency (as required).

• Basic understanding of legal regulations related to debt collection.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role.

• Flexible to work extended hours if required.
