Position Title: Collection & Recovery Executive
Department: Collections
Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Collection & Recovery Executive will be responsible for following up with customers regarding pending or overdue payments, negotiating settlements, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payment Follow-Up

• Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payments.

• Send reminders via calls, messages, and emails to ensure timely recovery.

• Maintain daily follow-up logs for all assigned accounts.

2. Customer Negotiation

• Negotiate repayment plans with customers based on company guidelines.

• Convince customers to clear outstanding dues while maintaining a positive approach.

• Help customers understand payment obligations and resolve basic queries.

3. Case Handling

• Handle delinquent or skipped accounts and follow up for resolution.

• Identify high-risk accounts and escalate them to seniors when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of communication and payment commitments.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Update customer payment status in the system regularly.

• Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.

• Ensure documentation is completed as per company policies.

5. Customer Support

• Provide professional and empathetic customer service during interactions.

• Resolve customer concerns related to payments or account status.

Key Requirements:

• Education: 12th pass .

• Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in collections, recovery, or telecalling.

  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.

  • Assertive and goal-oriented personality.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.

• Standard working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (may vary depending on company).
